Our friendly Concierge team are on hand to assist with any question you may have. Concierge desks are located on the Ground Floor between David Jones and the Fresh Food Market, Level 1 in the Arcade or the Visitor Lounge, just off Hooker Boulevard. Concierge is open during general centre opening hours and can also be contacted on 07 5581 5100.

Pacific Fair currently offers five hours free parking, or free all-day parking for customers who have spent a combined $300 in any store on the same day. Entry to the car park is free after 5pm. Terms and conditions apply; please click here for more information.
Pacific Fair has luggage lockers available for hire at the Visitor Lounge, located on The Boulevard, off Hooker Boulevard. Hire starts from $4 for small bags. Please click here for more information and prices.

Pacific Fair officially completed their most recent redevelopment in August 2016.
There was an opportunity to grow and expand the centre to meet the growth predicted for the Gold Coast region, particularly before the commencement of the Commonwealth Games in 2018. The shopping centre serves an established and affluent residential area, as well as international and domestic tourists to the Gold Coast. The redevelopment added approximately 50,000sqm to the existing retail space with final completion including two full line department stores, two supermarkets, three discount department stores, luxury and high street fashion, unrivalled dining and bar experiences, a world-class indoor/outdoor leisure and entertainment precinct and more than 400 specialty stores.

Pacific Fair is home to the Coast’s newest Event Cinemas featuring three Gold Class cinemas, Vmax and eight traditional cinemas all with state-of-the-art digital projection and Real D 3D capable screens. Pacific Fair offers a range of free shopper mobility including wheelchairs, electric scooters and strollers. Equipment is subject to availability and can be pre-booked online by clicking here or at Concierge on arrival.
Pacific Fair offers a free Justice of the Peace service Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm and Saturday from 10am to 12pm. This service does not operate on public holidays.
Pacific Fair is approximately 153,000sqm with over 400 stores.

Pacific Fair is positioned a short 500 metres from the Broadbeach South G:Link station. The G: Link station is located across Little Tallebudgera Creek and can be access via Hooker Blvd or over the Pacific Fair Drive Bridge.

Pacific Fair offers a non-denominational quiet room designated for prayer, relaxation and reflection for guests visiting Pacific Fair. The quiet room is located within the Visitor Lounge and accessible during Lounge opening hours.

Pacific Fair is one of Queensland’s newest and largest shopping destinations with over 400 stores including Myer, David Jones, Big W, Kmart, Target, Coles, Woolworths and international brands like H&M, Uniqlo, Zara, Zara Home and Sephora. Pacific Fair has a dedicated free Kids’ Club called Little Paccas. Members can enjoy free monthly events and activities and special offers in the centre. To find out more about the Little Paccas Kids’ Club or to sign up, please click here.
Pacific Fair does not currently have a dedicated children’s playground. However, The Resort open-air precinct is a great place for little ones to explore and burn off some energy. Alternatively, Crema Espresso (located just near Country Road) has a secure children’s play space where you can enjoy a coffee and bite to eat.
Pacific Fair is an indoor/outdoor shopping mall with two levels of retail. Myer is spread out over four levels.

Pacific Fair offers four coach set-down bays. However, this is a set-down facility only and coaches are not eligible to park for extended periods. For more information click here.
The Pacific Fair Visitor Privileges Pass is complimentary for visitors to Pacific Fair and provides more than 75 exclusive retailer offers. Retailers include luxury, Australian designers, men’s and women’s fashion brands, fashion accessories, health and beauty, homewares, jewellery, food and much more. Visitors to Pacific Fair can complete the form online here to download a copy of the Visitor Privileges Pass or collect a copy from our Visitor Lounge located on Hooker Boulevard or Concierge Desks located in-centre.
Customers who have spent a combined $300 or more in the same day can validate their tickets in exchange for free all-day parking at Concierge. Pacific Fair has a dedicated Police Beat located behind Sussan and Maggie T on the Ground Floor of the Arcade.
Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets are open 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 8pm on Sunday. (Note, public holiday opening hours vary).
Pacific Fair has dedicated staff parking areas to ensure the most convenient spaces are available to our customers. Staff new to Pacific Fair must register their vehicle to access the designated staff parking areas. For more information, please contact Point Parking on 07 5581 5100.
Pacific Fair offers a free shopping shuttle which operates daily between Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Turtle Beach Resort. The shopping shuttle picks up and departs from the Visitor Lounge off Hooker Boulevard. Please click here for the bus timetable and more information.
Pacific Fair has many facilities to cater for guests visiting the Gold Coast including a premium Visitor Lounge boasting family-sized showers and amenities, powder rooms, luggage lockers, coach set-down, free WiFi, stylist service, quiet room and an exclusive Visitor Privileges Pass with over a hundred special offers. The majority of Pacific Fair is a smoke free zone. There are designated smoking areas around the centre which can be viewed on our map here.
Pacific Fair opened the Gold Coast's first dedicated adult change facilities in October 2017. It is located on the grounbd floor of The Arcade near Florsheim. The room includes adult-sized change table, moving hoist for use over the change table and toilet, continence disposal bins, moveable hose, giving additional access for washing, transfer board, and alert button to call security in an emergency.
Pacific Fair offers car charging stations which are located in Valet Parking on level 1 of the purple carpark accessible via Hooker Boulevard
Pacific Fair offers free centre-wide WiFi for WiFi enabled devices for up to 12 hours.

Pacific Fair does not currently offer a personal shopper service. David Jones does provide this service at the Pacific Fair store. More information can be found here.

Pacific Fair offers a range of free entertainment throughout the year including school holiday activities, musicians and fashion events, just to name a few. For more information on what’s on, please click here.
Pacific Fair has a dedicated car wash service provided by Concierge Car Wash. This is a paid service run by a third party located on the Ground Floor of the Green Car Park, adjacent to the Bus Interchange.
Pacific Fair has dedicated Australia Post mailboxes (Express and Regular) available at the Bus Interchange, off Hooker Boulevard. Stamps can be purchased in sheets of 200 from the Pacific Fair News or Resort News.

Mailboxes Etc. offer postage and delivery from letters to parcels including local, national, or worldwide distribution. Packing service and materials are also available for large, fragile or urgent items. Mailboxes Etc. is located near the Bus Interchange, just down from Zara and Sephora.
