hidden disabilities sunflower scheme

Pacific Fair is proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, providing an inclusive and supportive environment to customers with non-visible disabilities.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, founded in 2016, aims to support individuals with non-visible disabilities by providing a discreet way for them to indicate they might need additional help or understanding. Participants wear a sunflower lanyard, signaling to our centre team that they may require extra assistance or patience. By raising visibility for hidden disabilities, the scheme encourages a more empathetic and supportive environment for everyone.
