Big Mac Hot Dogs

These viral Big Mac Hot Dogs come in at less than $5 per serve. Feed the family for less with these quick and easy hot dogs that come to life with the infamous Big Mac sauce!
 

Ingredients

• 4 brioche hotdog buns
• 4 slices burger cheese
• 4 beef sausages
• ½ brown onion finely diced
• 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Big Mac Sauce:

• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp finely chopped pickles
• 2 tbsp pickle juice sauce
• Spices; 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp garlic salt

 
 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Combine the Big Mac sauce ingredients
3. Place hot dog buns on a baking tray and fill with the cheese slices. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and the buns are golden
4. Meanwhile, cook the sausages in a pan or on a bbq
5. Remove the buns from the oven and fill with the lettuce, sausages, big mac sauce, onion and sesame seeds
