Dear Retail Partners,

We are delighted to inform you that Pacific Fair will be transitioning to a fully digital ticketless parking system, aimed at improving the customer experience, enhance parking convenience and improve traffic flow.

This project will be completed in a stage approach, commencing in the Orange Car Park from the 22 September 2025, with full implementation expected to be completed around the start of December 2025. The current ticket-based system will be decommissioned as each car park transitions to the new platform.

The upgrade includes the introduction of a new payment system, and in preparation for this change, please see instructions below to join the new system.  Please remember to inform your team of these changes too.    

Important to note the old payment system will remain fully operational so that any remaining funds in your account will be refunded accordingly.

Should you have any concerns or questions, to please see the Valet team who are more than happy to assist. Valet is located next to EMF Gym / Zara on level 1.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 

To register your new staff parking account, you must complete the below steps. 

STEP 1

Scan the QR Code to start the registration process or navigate to the below link

https://staff.parking.pacificfair.com.au/staff-sign-up/


STEP 2

Verify your Email Address and Mobile Number


STEP 3

Parking team will need to approve your registration online

 

Step 4

An email will be prompted to reset the default system generated password to your preferred password. 


STEP 5

Sign-in to your account to add your Vehicles and Payment Cards

 

IMPORTANT

You must complete all above steps including adding your vehicles and a valid payment credit card.
