- Presentation and cleanliness of the store shop front and ability to work with Centre Management on areas that may require improvement.
- The ability to engage customers, encouraging them to explore and connect with the products. Being a proactive member in the Pacific Fair community getting involved in VM display pods, center campaigns, activations and events.
- A commitment to providing an exceptional shopping environment that stands out.
- Consistently displaying only approved signage and putting on windows dressings outside of trade hours.
