The Meeting Room is a FREE space for local community groups to come together and connect.
Located opposite ANZ Bank, this space is an exclusive area for community-focused groups to utilize including; not-for-profits, charities, welfare organisations, schools and more subject to approval.
The room seats up to 30 people and includes access to Digital Screen, tables, chairs, whiteboard and more. We encourage recommendations and feedback on additional inclusions.
- Mon – Wed, Fri-Sat: 10am-4pm
- Thurs: 10am-4pm *Subject to extended hours based on approval.
- Sun: 11:00am-3:00pm
To apply to utilize this room, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval along with the following information –
- Community group name
- Contact details including phone and email
- A copy of your public liability insurance
- Room hire period
*Please note one weeks’ notice is required to secure your booking into each weekly schedule.
