Looking for a treat that’s not too sweet and not too savoury? Then we suggest you drop by and try Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts. Inspired by Japan’s island of Hokkaido, three diverse cheeses unite to produce an enticing combination of a crunchy, shortcrust base and creamy filling, with a delicious cheesy aroma. Hmmm, yum! Our sweet tooth friends out there need not stress, Hokkaido also offers a chocolate cheese tart which is like nothing else!

Located in The Boulevard up the lift next to Cowch Dessert Cocktail Bar

Outback Steakhouse is known for its high-quality meat and we are lucky to have the first one for the Coast open at Pacific Fair! Satisfy your cravings with a selection of quality, fresh dining options including Outback’s famous juicy steaks and burgers plus ribs, seafood, salads and more. What we love about this new dining experience is the open kitchen which highlights the homemade recipes and the in-house steak cutting techniques. It’s fun to watch and be entertained while chowing down on your succulent steak.

Passiontree Velvet, inspired by the traditional tea houses of England and fine European patisseries, offers a modern day twist to a world of edible luxury. From high teas to delectable macrons to warming coffees and hot chocolates, we’re so excited to try one of everything at Passiontree Velvet. But so far our favourite is the salted peanut butter macron. Whatever you try, you won’t be disappointed.
