Coco Cubano

The menu at Coco Cubano is the closest you’ll get to the flavours of heady Havana here. And with a new selection that offers everything from burritos to fajitas and quesadillas, alongside the famed pressed Cuban street sandwiches, we’ll be able to taste our way through the rest of Latin America, too. For ingredients, think plantains, tropical fruits and chorizo. 


Wild Fish & Chips

A family of Sydney fishmongers is behind this updated fish-and-chip offering. Five generations of know-how have gone into creating a healthy, fresh, sustainable (where possible) seafood menu, with dishes ranging in style from classic to of-the-moment. We’re getting our seared-tuna poke bowl, prawn tacos or the ever-popular classic, battered fish and chips, freshly made to order. Drinks come in branded jars, adding to the rustic seaside feel.

More more! That’s what motto motto means in Japanese. And here it’s all about made-to-order rice and salad bowls, ramen (with 12-hour pork super-stock), Japanese curry and much more. The signature poke bowl is the best of the craze, with sashimi-grade salmon, Japanese pickles, sesame, seaweed, roe and yuzu dressing. And what’s more, the healthy Japanese food made from high-quality ingredients (soft-shell crab, wagyu beef) comes without the fine-dining price tag, courtesy of the team behind Brisbane’s Sono.
