Meet Arif, Chief Moo-ver & Shaker at Cowch Dessert Cocktail Bar and the mastermind behind one of Australia’s most innovative dessert and cocktail bars.

Over the past 6 years, Arif estimates to have eaten almost 2,000 churros... and we don't blame him as it's bound to happen when you own your own dessert bar! 

Imagination has no limit when it comes to their drool worthy menu from Crunchy S’mores Pizzas to Cotton Candy Cocktails, there’s something to please the whole family or a night out with your besties. 

We asked Arif for his recommendations on his favourite dessert and cocktail on Cowch's menu. Arif replied "I struggle to choose one, because it's like choosing your favourite child... so I'll give you 3 of my favourite desserts and cocktails.

Favourite Desserts?

Churros - Baked churros served with your choice of choc shot - caramel, milk, white or dark chocolate
Fruit Tingle crepes - Crepes filled with white chocolate, topped with passionfruit, mango, strawberries and vanilla ice cream
Frozen Yoghurt - 98% fat-free frozen yoghurt, made fresh daily. Your choice of original or chocolate and one topping from Cowch's toppings counter

Favourite Cocktails?

Oh’ Bubble - Strawberry & vanilla liqueur served with a milk chocolate rim and a Bubble Gum Naked Pop
Passionfruit Punch - Dark rum, vanilla liqueur, passionfruit, pineapple, lime and bitters served with a cherry lime wheel
Mad Hatters Tea Party - Pink gin, lychee liqueur, earl grey tea, lime, cranberry and pineapple served in a teapot and udder mug with strawberry pearls & lychee pearls
