Fierce, feminine and fashion forward; Running Bare brings grit and grace to women’s active wear for Spring/Summer 17 (SS17). This seasons mantra to “push beyond your best and define who you are” is set to excite. With elevated prints, exclusive technical fabrications and luxe finishes in an athleisure collection curated for everywhere; from the office to the gym and beyond.

Australian world champion high jumper and runway It-girl, Amy Pejkovic, fronts the Spring/ Summer 17 campaign alongside UK-Dominican born, international model and dancer Kyra Tavernier. To showcase the collection’s fit and flexibility, Amy and Kyra take the collection through its paces, working it for the camera whilst sweating it out at Sydney’s Carriageworks. The SS17 campaign is shot by internationally renowned photographer Steven Chee.

Kicking off the season, July takes us from the feminine, to the fierce, with Allegra - Running Bare’s signature, elevated feminine floral, coined as nod to the Far East with Chinoiserie chic inspiration. Then joined by Bryce – an abstract camo - channeling the urban warrior with echoes of floral and foliage in khaki hues.

With fierce fitness in mind, Running Bare introduces four new fabrications to complement its armoury of work out essentials. Designed with low impact and mat based workouts in mind, RB Icon is a lightweight second skin with the flexibility and memory return of fashion favourite RB Vixen but a drier hand feel and matt finish that’s easy to put on (and you won’t want to take off). RB Icon debuts in August with Frances, a stunning elevated, incandescent floral with a denim background tone featured in the High Rise Hear Me Roar Full Length Tight $109.99. Style it against secret service, a gunmetal nod-to fifty shades of grey, or take it tonal and go top to toe gunmetal with the High Rise Don’t Call It a Comeback full length tight ($109.99) and Classic “Stop Traffic” action back crop with keyhole ($64.99.)

Also debuting this season is the new queen of RB’s high elastane fabric family RB Sculpt. Sculpt has an incredible 41% elastane that supports the muscle and corrects the figure to give new silhouette proportions. RB Sculpt is set to become the shapewear of the activewear family, and will keep the wearer sleek and secure thanks to an incredibly light, super fine yarn with a deceptively quick dry.
