Do you have a parents' room?

Yes. You'll find fully equipped parent's rooms located with all of our restroom facilities at Pacific Fair.  These spacious rooms have everything you need to keep you and your little one comfortable - including change tables, microwaves, private feeding rooms, child toilets and of course, play areas.

Do you hire out strollers, wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs?

Yes, we do. If you require the use of a complementary wheelchair, motorised scooter or pram, let us help you.

Pacific Fair has facilities to assist customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities, the aged and parents with children.

Do you have centre gift cards and where are they available from?

Pacific Fair does have gift cards which can be used at more than 275 stores.  Gift cards can be purchased from the Concierge either located on level 1 near Myer, on the ground floor near David Jones, or in our Visitor Lounge located off Hooker Boulevard. Gift Cards can be purchased using cash, credit card and eftpos.  Bulk orders are also welcomed by businesses. Please contact us to find out more!

How much is parking and where do I park?

PARKING

Pacific Fair provides customers with 5 hours FREE parking per day in an actively controlled, more secure, well-lit parking facility. Customers may leave and return to the centre within the same day and will not be charged as long as the time does not exceed 5 hours.

Customers receive FREE parking after 5PM. Please be advised that customers that enter prior to 5:00PM (i.e. 4:59PM) and stay longer than 5 hours will be charged. 
 

SHOP AND PARK FREE

Park FREE when you spend $300 or more in any store on a single visit. Simply present your same-day receipt/s to Concierge (Level 1 Arcade and Ground Floor near David Jones) or the Visitor Lounge (during opening hours) to validate receipt/s in exchange for a pre-validated parking ticket.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Entry - Take ticket upon entry
  2. Available spaces - Use parking guidance to find a park (green lights for general available spaces, blue for disabled and orange for parents with prams)
  3. Keep ticket safe  - Remember to take your ticket with you. You’ll need this for validation on exit.
  4. Validate - Validate your ticket prior to returning to vehicle. Pay stations are located at most exits.

 
BEST FOR PARKING
Big W , David Jones and Australian Designers – Level 1 or 2 of Green car park, accessed via Hooker Boulevard or flyover from the centre western entry

Myer, Kmart – Red car park, accessed via Gold Coast Highway (over Pacific Fair Drive Bridge) or Ring Road off Melody Street

Woolworth and Coles – Lower Ground or Ground Floor of Green car park, accessed via Melody Street or Sunshine Boulevard

Target – Blue car park, accessed via Hooker Boulevard or flyover from the centre western entry (continue East to the undercover parking). Or, Lower Ground of Yellow car park, accessed via Hooker Boulevard or Gold Coast Highway (over Pacific Fair Drive Bridge)

Event Cinemas - Level 1 or 2 of Green car park, accessed via Hooker Boulevard or flyover from the centre western entry

 
PARKING GUIDE
What will happen if customers forget to pay before leaving the centre?
Customers must validate their ticket at the pay stations before exiting the car park. Customers will be able to pay at the exit barriers with a credit card if they forget to pay at the pay stations. There will also be a call button at the exit barriers for assistance.

What payment options will customers be able to use?
The new car park machines will accept selected Australian coins and notes, credit cards and Union Pay as payment.
EFTPOS payment options will not be available.

Will the system accept payWave?
Yes.

What if customers have problems understanding how to use the new systems?
There will be additional signage in the car parks to provide guidance for customers.

I have a disabled parking permit, will rates apply?
Customers with an authorised disabled parking permit are eligible to park FREE all day. See our friendly Concierge for further details.

Where is Valet Parking located and how much does it cost?

Valet Parking is conveniently located on Level 1 of the Purple Car Park, with direct access up the ramp off Hooker Boulevard.

Valet Parking will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per vehicle, per parking period. Standard parking fees also apply.

Where is the bus station located?

The bus stations is located just off Hooker Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard.

Where is the taxi rank located?

The taxi rank is located on the ground floor of the green car park located via The Fresh Food Market.

Where do I go if I have lost something or found something?

All lost property and found items are taken to the Concierge located on Level 1 of The Arcade or on the ground floor near David Jones. Big W, Coles, David Jones, Event Cinemas, Kmart, Myer, Target and Woolworths also have their own lost property area.
