Lindt Milkshake Bunnies with Baileys

A must-try Easter cocktail for chocolate lovers!


  • 2 large Lindt bunnies (200g each)
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 cup milk 
  • Whipped cream
  • Baileys Irish Cream from Liquorland



  1. Unwrap the ears of the Lindt bunnies and break off the chocolate to reveal a small hole in the top
  2. Melt the chocolate "ears" in a small bowl using the double boiler method
  3. In a blender mix the vanilla ice cream, milk, and melted chocolate
  4. Pour the milkshake into the bunnies via the ears followed by whipped cream 
  5. (For a cocktail twist) Add one shot of Baileys Irish Cream
  6. Enjoy the Lindt bunny milkshake with a straw and then finish eating the bunny!
