1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of AMP Retail Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff if companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means the promotions agency, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its Directors.
2. To enter, customers must enter the competition online at www.pacificfair.com.au and follow the prompts.
3. Any customer that enters the competition, and refers the competition to their friend, they will receive an additional entry for every friend that enters the competition.
4. Entries will not be accepted by mail.
5. Entries are valid for this promotion only.

8. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The competition commences at 9am (QLD time) Wednesday 1 July 2009 and entries close at 3pm on Friday 31 July 2009.
10. The draw will take place in private at Mesh Pty Limited level 10, 221 Miller street North Sydney at 3pm (EST) on Friday 31 July 2009.
11. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
12. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. The first complete registration drawn will be judged the winner and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
14. Entrants into this competition must be 18 years old or over.
15. Proof of identity is required when claiming the prize.
16. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name and address for marketing purposes. The prize winner will be contacted by a Pacific Fair Centre Management representative via phone within 48 hours of the prize draw.
17. The winner has up to 6 months to claim the prize and if the prize is not claimed by January 31 2010 the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and it will be re-drawn.
18. Competition winners must pick up their prize from the Centre Management office of Pacific Fair, Cnr Hooker Blvd & Sunshine Blvd, BROADBEACH, QLD, 4218.
19. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing, database and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
20. The promoter shall not be liable for any additional costs that may be associated with the prize, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
