Location & Parking
Pacific Fair provides customers with 5 hours FREE parking per day in an actively controlled, more secure, well-lit parking facility. Customers may leave and return to the centre within the same day and will not be charged as long as the time does not exceed 5 hours.
First 5 hours FREE
Customers receive FREE parking after 5PM. Please be advised that customers that enter prior to 5:00PM (i.e. 4:59PM) and stay longer than 5 hours will be charged.
SHOP AND PARK FREE
Park FREE when you spend $300 or more in any store on a single visit. Simply present your same-day receipt/s to Concierge (Level 1 Arcade and Ground Floor near David Jones) or the Visitor Lounge (during opening hours) to validate receipt/s in exchange for a pre-validated parking ticket.
HOW IT WORKS
Entry - Take ticket upon entry
Available spaces - Use parking guidance to find a park (green lights for general available spaces, blue for disabled and orange for parents with prams)
Keep ticket safe - Remember to take your ticket with you. You’ll need this for validation on exit.
Validate - Validate your ticket prior to returning to vehicle. Pay stations are located at most exits.
