  • The centre has a designated parent’s room which is located inside the Arcade on the ground floor.  This parent’s room has baby changing facilities, a microwave and a baby feeding lounge area.

  • Yes we do.  These are complimentary from the Village Green Customer Service Desk.  To hire any one of these services you just need to provide a form of photo id (current drivers licence or current passport) so that the Customer Service Desk can record your information.  You can use these all day long however during Christmas time we request that you bring these back as soon as you are finished with them.  Strollers and wheelchairs must be returned a half an hour before trade ends.

  • Pacific Fair does have gift cards which can be used at over 280 stores.  Gift cards can be purchased from the Arcade Customer Service Desk only.  These can be purchased using cash, credit card and eftpos.  Bulk orders are also welcomed by businesses, please contact us to find out more!

  • All lost property and found items are taken to the Village Green Customer Service Desk.  Myer, Target, Kmart, Coles and Birch Carroll and Coyle also have their own lost property area.

  • The bus stations is located just off Hooker Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard.

  • The taxi rank is located at the Bus terminal just off the entrance way near Hooker Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard (near the BWS store)
